At Nationwide Auto Parts we believe in the quality of our products and the service we provide which is why we are pleased to offer our customers a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” 

We will refund you if:

* You have changed your mind 
* The package was damaged in transit 
* The product was not correct for your vehicle

You will be offered a refund (less restocking charges) if you return the product to us within 30 days of the invoice date in its original packaging. The part must NOT have been installed or tampered with upon return. 

In the rare case we have sent you the incorrect product or the product was damaged in transit, we will pay for the return freight as well as refund you 100% of the purchase price when we receive your returned product. 

If you have ordered the incorrect part or have changed your mind about your purchase, you agree to bare the cost of the return freight however we will refund you the cost of your original purchase price when we receive the returned product, less restocking fees.

Note: Refunds are available on all parts purchased at a cost of $30.00 or more unless they are an electrical item. Unfortunately electrical items and items under $30.00 will not be covered by our refund policy. 

We will deal with product issues in accordance with the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law.
