Garrett Powermax™ direct fit performance charge air cooler for the Ford Ranger and Mazda BT50 boasts a 218% larger core that helps reduce intake manifold temperatures by an average of 32 °C based on test data.


Optimized end tanks improve air flow through the core. This direct fit performance intercooler installs in 2.0 hours and reuses the stock bolts, hoses, and clamps.

Best of the Best

Don't be cheap (you'll end up paying more when the cheap piece of crap you bought fails-voice of experience), Garrett makes is the best product on the market for the everest, ranger and BT-50 3.2L diesel, this intercooler partners with the Garrett upsized turbo. Make sure you buy silicone (plazman) or solid hot and cold pipes when upgrading the intercooler, the factory fitted hoses are not fit for purpose unless they are being used to flog the ford engineer that designed them!
