Returns Policy

At Nationwide Auto Parts, we believe in the quality of our products and the service we provide, which is why we are pleased to offer our customers a “Quality Guarantee”.

We will refund you or offer an exchange for the same product if:
* The product was damaged in transit OR
* We sent the incorrect product for your order

You will be offered a refund or exchange if you return the product to us within 30 days of the invoice date in its original packaging. The part must NOT have been installed or tampered with upon return.

If you have ordered the incorrect part or have changed your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you agree to bear the cost of the return. However, we will refund you the cost of your original purchase price when we receive the returned product in fully functioning condition.

We will deal with product issues in accordance with the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law.
